Rent Comparability Studies

Our rent comparability studies provide a comprehensive evaluation of market rents and occupancies for a specific property within a defined market area. In a typical rent comparability analysis we come to the following conclusions with respect to the subject property: (1) Market rents by unit type and (2) Stabilized occupancy rates.
